    Develops the whole player

Coach pushes the kids technically and tactically but also builds their confidence. Plays everyone fairly and is great about explaining the 'why' behind decisions.

    Demanding in the best way

High standards on and off the field. My son improved more in one season than the previous three combined. Communication with parents could be a touch more frequent.

    Cares about the kids

Beyond soccer, genuinely invested in the players as people. Fair with playing time and honest about where each kid stands and what they need to work on.

    Calm and tactically sharp

Never loses composure on the sideline, which the players feed off of. Game management and in-game adjustments are clearly a strength.
