    Develops the whole player

    Coach pushes the kids technically and tactically but also builds their confidence. Plays everyone fairly and is great about explaining the 'why' behind decisions.

    High standards on and off the field. My son improved more in one season than the previous three combined. Communication with parents could be a touch more frequent.
